Refund & Return Policy

At MARTLUX, every masterpiece is curated with the highest standards of luxury and quality. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you.

1. Returns

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and in the exact same condition that you received it.
• In the original luxury packaging, with all tags and authenticity cards attached.
• Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that bespoke, customized, or intimately worn items are non-returnable due to hygiene and exclusivity reasons.

2. Refunds

Once we receive your item, our quality assurance team will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. Please note that original white-glove shipping costs are non-refundable.

3. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a piece for a different size or color, please follow the return procedure for the original item and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures the fastest fulfillment of your new masterpiece.

4. Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
